The new 2014 LW Scientific Digital ZIPspin is loaded with user-friendly features such as digital read out of time and speed, digital calibration, imbalance detection, and last cycle run recall. Designed with robust construction for long life, the Digital ZIPspin is well-suited to accomplish blood and urine separations, microfiltrations, and DNA preparations. Since more and more tests are done with smaller sample sizes, this new design includes two interchangeable rotors: an 8-place closed rotor for 1.5/2.0ml microtubes and a PCR strip rotor (16 places) for 0.2 ml microtubes. Also included are 2 sets of adapters for 0.4/0.5 ml microtubes and 0.2 ml microtubes. The small footprint and quiet operation make it the perfect addition to any clinic or lab.
