Electra-Med Corporation has been the Master Sales & Service Distributor for Lode BV Products in the USA for over two decades.

Our service engineers are the only Lode B.V. certified technicians in the USA, bringing extensive experience and expertise to maintaining, servicing, and calibrating the full range of Lode products.

Electra-Med offers a comprehensive range of services to ensure your Lode ergometers operate at peak performance with calibrated data integrity.

Request Remote Assistance:

This service can be requested when the customer requires assistance with ergometer trouble shooting, application connectivity, license issues, software installation/training, interface connectivity, ergometer firmware updates & software updates. Engineers use a Lode Factory Certified diagnostic application to fully support all Lode ergometers & treadmills remotely, if possible. Team Viewer is used for remote assistance.

  • Fee: $150.00 (Per Hour)
  • We also offer software training, device connectivity assitance, help with building protocols & interfacing the device to metabloic systems all via remote assistance.

  • 1st Ergometer/Treadmill: $500.00
  • Additional Ergometer/Treadmill: $400.00 per device.
  • All hotel, travel, rideshare, car rental, parking, vendor access app costs, & miscellaneous expenses will apply. 
  • We can service & calibrate the entire line of Lode B.V. Ergometers & Treadmills.

Calibration requires shipping a container to the ergometer site location to connect and calibrate using Lode software. Upon completion, you will receive a calibration report via PDF.

Why calibration matters: Calibration is essential across various clinical facets as it ensures the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of physiological measurements obtained during dynamic testing protocols. From enhancing diagnostic accuracy to improving treatment efficacy and patient care outcomes, proper calibration is indispensable in healthcare settings.
